Clarion won game one, 7-3, but the Bald Eagles got a tremendous pitching performance from Parker Watson (Philipsburg, Pa./Philipsburg-Osceola) and Austin Botts (Seven Valleys, Pa./Wingate Univ.) hit a walk-off, eighth inning single to give LHU a 1-0 game two win.

Both teams struggled defensively in game one, as LHU and Clarion combined for 11 errors.

Lock Haven and Clarion each received outstanding performances from their starting pitchers in game two, as both Watson (LHU) and Brett Whitman (CU) lasted through the eighth inning.

With the game tied 0-0 in the bottom of the eighth, Hartman and Kyne hit back-to-back, one-out singles for LHU.  Botts came to the plate next and roped a single to left field that scored Hartman from second and gave LHU the 1-0 win.

Kyne was 3-for-4 in game two and Hartman went 2-for-4.

Watson was sensational on the mound.  He allowed just three hits in the complete-game, eight inning effort.

Watson struck out two and didn't walk a batter, as he picked up his third win of the year.
