Lock Haven news & notes:- The Bald Eagles are coming off a second-place finish at the last Saturday's (Nov. 8) Brockport/Oklahoma Invitational.
- LHU opened the season two weeks ago with a dual at Hofstra. The Bald Eagles fell, 17-16.
- Cody Wheeler, Aaron McKinney, Tyler Wood, Fred Garcia and Phil Sprenkle all won in the dual vs. Hofstra.
- Last season, LHU was 3-10 in duals and 1-4 in EWL duals. The Bald Eagles were third at last year's EWL Championships, the highest Lock Haven finish since the Bald Eagles took third in 2007.
- Both Dan Neff (149) and Fred Garcia (184) are returning NCAA qualifiers. Last year, each earned a trip to their second straight NCAA Tournament.
- Several Bald Eagles enter the week nationally ranked.

EWL Wrestlers of the Week:On Monday,
Dan Neff (149) and
Fred Garcia (184) were named Co-Eastern Wrestling League (EWL) Wrestlers of the Week after they both won individual titles at Saturday's Brockport/Oklahoma Invitational. Each went 4-0 on the way to their respective title.

Last time out (Saturday, Nov. 8):Dan Neff and
Fred Garcia both picked up individuals titles, leading the LHU wrestling team to a second-place finish at the 16th annual Brockport/Oklahoma Invitational.

Neff and Garcia's individual crowns highlighted a sensational day of wrestling for the Bald Eagles (154 points), who battled No. 21 Oklahoma (173.5 points) – the tournament champions, all day long. Kent State was third with 120 points.

Neff (149) and Garcia (184) went a perfect 4-0 on the way to their respective titles.
Both
Bobby Rehm and
Phil Sprenkle finished second today. Rehm was 3-1 at 141 pounds and Sprenkle was 2-1 at 197.
