The LHU men's basketball team is gearing up for two games this week.  The Bald Eagles host national-power and No. 4 ranked East Stroudsburg on Wednesday (November 19), followed by a road trip to Davis & Elkins on Saturday (November 22).
 
Last Week:
Lock Haven opened the 2014-15 season with a pair of losses last weekend at the Clarion Hotel Conference Open hosted by Shepherd University.
 
The Bald Eagles dropped their opening game to host Shepherd, 81-63 and LHU fell to Wheeling Jesuit its second game, 79-63.
 
Lock Haven vs. East Stroudsburg:

LHU welcomes No. 4 East Stroudsburg on Wednesday for The Haven's home-opener at PSECU Court at Thomas Fieldhouse.  The game will also mark the first PSAC contest for both teams.
 
East Stroudsburg enters the game with a, 1-1 record after the Warriors split games with Lincoln and Bowie State over the weekend.  The Warriors are the defending PSAC Champions and were tabbed as the preseason favorites in the Eastern Division this season.
 
Last Time vs. ESU:
Lock Haven and East Stroudsburg have developed a mini rivalry over the past two seasons.  The Bald Eagles have defeated ESU in two of the teams last four meetings, including last year's meeting at PSECU Court at Thomas Fieldhouse.
 
ESU traveled to Lock Haven last season with a perfect, 20-0 record and were ranked No. 2 in all of Division II basketball.
 
Lock Haven rose to occasion, and in front of a packed crowd, upset the Warriors, 82-80.

The Bald Eagles will travel to Davis & Elkins on Saturday (November 22) for a non-conference matchup with the Senators.
 
Saturday's game will mark the third all-time meeting between the two schools.
 
Last Time vs. Davis & Elkins:
LHU hosted D&E in the season-opener a year ago.  Davis & Elkins left Thomas Fieldhouse with a narrow, 78-76 win.
 
Walker named to All-Tournament Team:
Sophomore Bootsie Walker was named to the Clarion Hotel Conference Challenge for his role in LHU's two games this past weekend.
 
Walker averaged a team-best 11.5 points per game and pulled down 5.5 rebounds per game.
 
On Friday, he netted 13 points to go along with six rebounds vs. host-Shepherd. On Saturday, he scored 10 points and added five boards.
