The Lock Haven University wrestling team closes out the regular season on Saturday (Feb. 15) afternoon (1 p.m.) with a non-conference dual at Rutgers.

Lock Haven is coming off a strong outing at last weekend's Edinboro Open.

Saturday marks just the fifth meeting between Lock Haven and Rutgers. LHU leads the all-time series 4-1, but the Scarlet Knights won the last meeting in 2008.

The Bald Eagles' lineup features three national-ranked grapplers including
Dan Neff, who won last week's Edinboro Open.

Rutgers is 9-5 on the season and coming off a 27-9 (Feb. 8) loss to nationally-ranked Leigh. Rutgers' lineup features four national-ranked athletes, including Billy Smith, who is ranked No. 18 at 285.

NCAA Rankings:
The NCAA has released its second of three Coaches' Panel rankings and the first Rating Percentage Index (RPI) for the 2013-14 season, and the Lock Haven University wrestling team is well represented in both polls.

Four Bald Eagles, including
Cody Wheeler,
Dan Neff,
Jake Kemerer and
Fred Garcia are listed in the second edition of the Coaches' Panel rankings. Neff (141) was the highest ranked Haven wrestler at No. 25, while Wheeler (133), Kemerer (165) and Garcia (184) were ranked No. 32, No. 30 and No. 27, respectively.

Mac Maldarelli (Merrick, N.Y./Nassau C.C.) joined Wheeler, Neff, Kemerer and Garcia in the RPI. Of the five Bald Eagles ranked in the RPI, three were listed among the top-20 including Garcia at No. 18. Neff and Maldarelli (149) were ranked No. 18 and No. 20, respectively.

The final rankings and RPI will be two of the tools used as part of the selection process to determine the qualifiers for the 2014 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships.
