Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University baseball team dropped both games of a PSAC East doubleheader today at Kutztown University.
 
Lock Haven (11-24, 3-19 PSAC East) dropped game one, 5-1 and host-Kutztown (23-16, 11-13 PSAC East) took game two, 11-2.
 
Austin Botts (Seven Valleys, Pa./Wingate, Univ.), Ryan Henritzy (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) and Anthony Kyne (Newtown Square, Pa./Penn State Brandywine) all homered for Lock Haven on the day.
 
Game 1 Recap:
 
Highlighting game one was Botts' fourth home run of the year, which came in the top of the seventh inning to cap the game's scoring.
 
The Bald Eagles one run came off six hits, including two from Jamie Eshleman (Lewisberry, Pa./Red Land).
 
Joe Nestor (Drexel Hill, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) struck out four over six innings.
 
A four-run inning in the bottom of the third led Kutztown to the win.
 
Game 2 Recap:
 
Both Henritzy and Kyne homered for LHU in the game-two loss.
 
Down 1-0, Henritzy tied the game in the bottom of the third with a solo shot to left field. It was his first home run of the season.
 
Kyne drilled his first home run of the year to left in the seventh.
 
Ethan Moore (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock) was 2-for-3 at the plate.
 
Kutztown paved its way to the win with a three run inning the third and the Golden Bears added six runs in the sixth.
 
Lock Haven returns to action on Tuesday, April 22 at IUP (1/3 p.m.).
