LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven University women's basketball team hits the road on Wednesday, January 28 as the Lady Eagles face the Warriors of East Stroudsburg in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.
Lock Haven is 6-12 overall (5-9 PSAC) and is looking to snap a two-game losing skid. The Lady Eagles are tied with Kutztown for fifth in the conference.
Last time out:Lock Haven is coming off a close, 59-53 loss to No. 22 Bloomsburg on Saturday (January 24).
LHU held Bloom to 59 points, marking just the third time this season the Huskies recorded less than 60 points in a game.
Sami Lane powered the Haven offense with a sensational all-around performance. Lane netted a season-high 21 points, grabbed six boards, and shot 5-for-6 from the free throw line.
Defensively, senior
Marrysa Moyer led with 10 rebounds and added six points.
Lock Haven netted 32 points in the paint and shot 82.4% from the free throw line.

East Stroudsburg enters this week 8-10 overall and 7-7 in conference action. The Warriors are tied for fourth in the PSAC with Millersville.
ESU is coming off a, 80-73 double overtime win over Kutztown on the road.
The Warriors are 4-5 at home and on a two game winning streak. ESU will host the Lady Eagles before traveling to Millersville on Saturday (January 31).
Last time against East Stroudsburg Lock Haven fell to East Stroudsburg, 87-74 in their first matchup of the 2014-15 season.
Sami Lane,
Marrysa Moyer, and Kirst Bair powered the Haven attack, all netting double-figures.
Lane recorded 20 points, shooting 100% from the free-throw line and
Marrysa Moyer netted 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
Kirsti Bair added 11 points in 23 minutes of action.
Ryann Fiascki led ESU with 24 points and five rebounds.
Lock Haven netted 30 points in the paint and 13 bench points.

Sami Lane currently leads the Lady Eagles with 206 points this season. Lane averages 11.4 points per game and second on the team in assists with 44 on the year.
Lane has netted double-figures in 12 games this season, including a season-high 21 points against Bloomsburg.
Lane averages 29 minutes per game and 73.7% from the free throw line. Lane will look to ignite the Haven attack against the Warriors tomorrow.
