SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – A balanced scoring attack that saw three players net double figures
, led the Lock Haven University men's basketball team (3-2, 1-2 PSAC) to a huge road Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) win at Slippery Rock University (2-3, 1-2 PSAC), 74-70 in a game that came down to the wire.
Bootsie Walker (Chester, Pa./Chester) led the way with a game-high 20 points. He also had six rebounds and three steals.
Tracy Peal (Wilmington, Del./Archbishop John Carroll) scored 12 points and
Al Blount (Allentown, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) hit a pair of 3-pointers, and finished with 10 points.
Julian Bond (Lafayette Hill, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) added nine points and
Ra'eese Hunt (Upper Marlboro, Md./Riverdale Baptist) chipped in with eight.
Brahieme Jackson (Philadelphia/Bishop McDevitt) led LHU with nine rebounds.
The Bald Eagles return to action on Tuesday, November 24 when they travel to Carlow University for a 7:30 p.m. tip.
