The LHU wrestling team is set to close the 2014-15 regular season with a pair of dual matches.

The Bald Eagles will travel to local-rival Bloomsburg tomorrow (Thursday, Feb. 19) for a 7 p.m. Eastern Wrestling League (EWL) match.
Â
On Friday (Feb. 20), the Bald Eagles will host Grand Canyon at 7 p.m. in the first-ever meeting between the two schools.

Lock Haven enters tomorrow's match with the Huskies at 5-12 overall and LHU is 2-3 in EWL action. With a third EWL win on the line – it would mark the most since LHU won three league matches during the 2004-05 season.

Bloomsburg is 0-10 overall and 0-5 in EWL action. The Huskies however won last year's match, 19-16, marking Bloomsburg's 10
th straight win over LHU. Lock Haven leads the all-time series 41-20.

Grand Canyon, who competes at George Mason tomorrow night, is 1-11 overall.

Lock Haven news, notes & storylines:- Friday's match marks Lock Haven's SENIOR DAY. The Bald Eagles will honor Fred Garcia, Elias Biddle and Ty Albright.
- Friday's match also marks the Bald Eagles MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT - Free admission to all military members, past and present.
- Senior Fred Garcia's 30 wins on the season lead the team.
- On Friday, there will also be a special presenation of a poster, featuring autographs of all of LHU's National Champions at halftime - after the 157 pound bout.
- Garcia currently sits on 99 career wins, just one away from joining the 100 win club. Lock Haven has had 15 wrestlers win 100 or more matches in school history, with the last coming in 2007 (Seth Martin, 2002-'07; 133 wins).
- Last week, Garcia was ranked 25th in the second edition of the NCAA Coaches' Panel Rankings.
- Three Bald Eagles were ranked this week by Wrestling Report including Ronnie Perry (#33, 133), Dan Neff (#24, 149) and Fred Garcia (#26, 184).
