LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Troy Amspacher (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley) struck twice in the first half from the penalty spot and it was all the Bald Eagles needed, as the Lock Haven University men's soccer team (1-1) downed visiting St. Thomas Aquinas (0-2) 2-0 today in non-conference action.

The win was the first of the season for the Bald Eagles and their first win on their new home at Foundation Field Soccer Complex.

Amspacher put Lock Haven up 1-0 in the 34
th minute as his penalty found the left side of the net. He was at it again and calmly tucked another penalty home in the 39
th.

Lock Haven dominated the match for the entire 90 minutes and outshot St. Thomas Aquinas 13-5.

Troy Teresak (Pompton, Plains, N.J./DePaul Catholic) was called upon to make just one save to help preserve the clean sheet.
