BLOOMBSURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's basketball team (7-10, 4-9 PSAC) got a game-high 17 points from
Mackenzie Livingston (Blairsville, Pa./IUP), but it wasn't enough to drop host Bloomsburg University (10-6, 7-5 PSAC), as the Huskies won 66-55.
Rachael McDaniel (Plainfield, N.J./California (Pa.) Univ.) added 11 points and
Ayanda McGill-Jefferson (Lancaster, Pa./J.P. McCaskey) scored eight.
Lysa Mealing (Altoona, Pa./Altoona) just missed her seventh double-double of the season, finishing with 10 rebounds and seven points. It marks the fourth straight game and 11
th time this season she's grabbed double-digit rebounds. Mealing leads the PSAC in rebounds per game.
McGill-Jefferson also had a strong game on the glass and finished with nine rebounds.
Led by the strong play of Mealing and McGill-Jefferson, Lock Haven out-rebounded Bloomsburg 53-39.
