LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University field hockey team is set for a busy weekend of field hockey at home on Charlotte Smith Field.
The Bald Eagles will open 2016 Atlantic 10 Conference (A-10) play on Friday (September 16) at 3 p.m. vs. La Salle. LHU will cap the weekend by hosting Cornell on Sunday, September 18) at 2 p.m.
Lock Haven enters the week at 3-1 (0-0 A-10). After a 3-0 start, LHU lost its first game of 2016 on Sunday (September 11) to No. 5 Penn State.
Last season, LHU beat La Salle 1-0 on a goal by
Alyscia Smith. It was one of three conference wins last season. Lock Haven is 12-2 all-time vs. La Salle.
Lock Haven beat Cornell 1-0 (OT) last season and is 5-3 all-time vs. the Big Red.
