LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University softball team is set for the 2017 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament. The Bald Eagles will open tournament-play vs. Seton Hill tomorrow (Wednesday, May 3) at 3 p.m.
The 2017 PSAC Tournament will be played at Veterans Park in Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
Lock Haven enters the tournament at 25-19 overall and the Bald Eagles went 13-7 in PSAC Central play, earning the No. 2 seed out of the Central Division. Seton Hill, the No. 2 seed out of the West, is 21-22 overall.

Lock Haven's PSAC Tournament history:
This marks Lock Haven's second straight PSAC Tournament appearance after the Bald Eagles returned to the conference postseason tournament last season for the first time since 2013. In all, Lock Haven has made 17 PSAC Tournament appearances the Bald Eagles have claimed five PSAC Tournament titles.
Bald Eagle storylines:
- LHU enters the tournament having won 8 of its last 10 games.
- Senior McKenna Garlock leads the way for LHU. She is hitting .383 with seven home runs (3rd in PSAC) and 31 RBIs (8th in PSAC). She holds Lock Haven's all-time career record for doubles.
- Pitchers Rachel Mouillesseaux and Bekah Slattery have combined for LHU's 25 wins, and have 119 and 136 strikeouts (4th in PSAC), respectively.

Lock Haven and Seton Hill's game tomorrow (Wednesday, May 3) marks Game 3 at the 2017 PSAC Tournament. The winner will play the Game 2 winner (West Chester vs. California) on Thursday, May 4 at 3 p.m. (Game 9).
