Ahnera Parker (Lancaster, Pa./J.P. McCaskey) led the way for the Bald Eagles, matching her career-high with 18 points, but the Lock Haven University women's basketball team (2-11, 1-8 PSAC) fell to No. 10 California (Pa.) University (14-1, 9-0), 79-46 on the road tonight in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action.
Parker was 8 of 13 from the floor and a perfect 2 for 2 from 3-point range.
Bink Redman (York, Pa./William Penn),
Jalyn Shelton-Burleigh (State College, Pa./State College) and
Jordyn Kloster (Manchester, Pa./Millersville) combined for 15 points, as each netted five points apiece.
Annie Dombrowski (Altoona, Pa./Bishop Guilfoyle) grabbed six rebounds for Lock Haven.
The host Vulcans extended their win streak to nine games behind four players in double figures scoring including 17 points from both Gina Vallecorsa and Abbey Sporio.
Today's road game at Cal marked the first of two straight on the road and the first of three games this week. LHU will head to Shippensburg on Wednesday before hosting West Chester Saturday.
