GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University baseball team (21-18) dropped both games of a road-doubleheader today at Seton Hill University (23-20). Seton Hill won game one, 6-2 and took game two, 8-1.
GAME 1: L, 6-2
Seton Hill scored one run in each of the first four innings and added two in the bottom of the fifth on the way to a 6-2 win. In all, Seton Hill scored its six runs on seven hits.
Trailing 4-0, LHU plated a pair of runs in the fifth.
Nick Stotler (Pittsburgh/Coker College) hit a two-run home run to left to cut the Seton Hill lead in half at 4-2.
Liam McArthur (Basking Ridge, N.J./Seton Hall) and
Keyshawn D'Orso (Pittsburgh/Mercyhurst North East C.C.) both had a pair of hits.
GAME 2: L, 8-1
Seton Hill completed the sweep with an 8-1 game-two victory.
Stotler had a pair of game-two hits, marking two of LHU's five hits in the second game of today's doubleheader.
Cayden Stover (Beech Creek, Pa./Chesapeake College) drove in Lock Haven's run in the first, but it was all Seton Hill from there.

Lock Haven will remain on the road as the Bald Eagles will travel to East Stroudsburg on Friday, May 4 with the first game of the important PSAC divisoinal series set for a 1 p.m. first pitch. After Friday's doubleheader, LHU will host ESU on Saturday, May 5 for Senior Day with action set to begin at 1 p.m. at Watkins Field.
