LHU men’s basketball looks to build momentum heading into playoffs.

Lock Haven men’s basketball is ready for a conference rematch with the Golden Bears in the regular season finale. LHU will look to close out the regular season with a win against Kutztown and carry momentum into Mondays PSAC playoff game.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven University men's basketball team (12-13, 8-11 PSAC) will be on the road to take on Kutztown University (14-13, 8-11 PSAC) on Saturday, March 2 at
3 p.m. The Bald Eagles are looking to split with Kutztown this season after dropping the first game between the two earlier in the year. Here are some things to watch for in the regular season finale on Saturday.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR

In the first game between the two this season Jesse McPherson finished the game with a double-double. He scored 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in that game. Watch for him to have a strong game inside against the Golden Bears.
Matt Cerruti scored 31 points against Kutztown earlier this season. That was a career high in scoring for Cerruti. If he gets going watch for him to have a big game scoring.
Christian Kelly is averaging 7.0 rebounds per game this season. He's been a force inside all season grabbing rebounds. Last time out against Cheyney he finished with 21 rebounds which is a new season high. Watch for him to have another big game on the glass on Saturday.

Up next:
Lock Haven will be in action again on Monday, March 4 when they start the first round of the PSAC playoffs. The time and location of this game will be determined based on the outcome of Saturday's game.
