The Lock Haven University softball team (13-11) will host Shippensburg University (15-11) tomorrow, April 2 in a doubleheader at Lawrence Field. The games are set for 2:30/4:30 first pitches. The Bald Eagles return to action after going 4-2 last week with sweeps over Slippery Rock and Pitt-Johnstown.

LHU will also host Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Central division foe Indiana (Pa.) Friday, April 5 at 2:30/4:30 before the team travels to Clarion Saturday, April 6 for a doubleheader with the Golden Eagles that is set for 1:00/3:00 PM.

Leading the way last week were big weeks at the plate from Madison Mathes, Becca Caputo and Casey Carpenter. Mathes and Caputo both hit over .400 for the week while Carpenter hit .389 with two home runs and a team-high seven RBI's.
