LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's basketball team (10-7, 7-5 PSAC East) continue Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) play this Saturday when they play host to the Shippensburg Raiders (12-6, 9-3 PSAC East) at Thomas Fieldhouse. Tip-off is set for 1 p.m.

GAME NOTES:

THE SERIES:
  • The Bald Eagles split the series with Shippensburg last season, falling 69-77 in their first matchup before taking a 65-50 victory on Feb. 16 in Shippensburg.
  • LHU is 5-10 against Shippensburg dating back to the 2010-11 season.

NEED TO KNOW:
  • Lock Haven enters the weekend on a two-game win streak, most recently topping the Millersville Marauders 82-75 at Thomas Fieldhouse.
  • The Raiders have won four straight, and six of their last seven. Shippensburg's only loss in that span came to West Chester, a 62-65 defeat on the road. So far this season, the Raiders have recorded a 3-5 record in away games.
  • Rileigh Devine (Etters, Pa./Red Land) had her best game of the season against Millersville, recording season highs in points (22) and three-pointers (6) and tying a season-high six field goals. Devine is now just 22 points away from the historic
1,000-point milestone.
  • Ahnera Parker (Lancaster, Pa./J.P. McCasky) was the other half of the dynamic duo that powered Lock Haven past the Marauders, notching 20 points and a season-high 10 rebounds for her first double-double of the season.
  • Devine and Parker were the first duo to record 20 or more points apiece in a game in the last 10 seasons.

UP NEXT: The Bald Eagles hit the road next week, traveling to East Stroudsburg to take on the Warriors in a Wednesday night matchup. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
