It's Homecoming at The Haven and the Lock Haven University football team is set to host nationally-ranked Kutztown University on Saturday, October 23 at 2 p.m. on the turf at Hubert Jack Stadium.
The Bald Eagles are coming off a Week-7 loss at Bloomsburg University and Saturday's Homecoming-game marks the first of two straight home games for Lock Haven.
Kutztown has won five straight games and is ranked No. 25 in this week's American Football Coaches' Association (AFCA) Division II Top-25 poll.

- LHU is 1-6 overall and the win came during Lock Haven's 2021 season-opener at Lincoln, 20-0.
- Saturday's game is the third home game of the season for LHU. Lock Haven opened the season with three consecutive games away from home.
- Kutztown marks Lock Haven's third game this season vs. a nationally-ranked opponent. In Week 3 (9/18), LHU traveled to then-ranked No. 6 Slippery Rock, before hosting then-ranked No. 16 Shepherd in Week 6 (10/9) action. LHU played at California (Pa.) in Week 2. At the time Cal was receiving votes in the national poll, but the Vulcans are ranked fifth this week.

LHU Fall Athletic Event Spectator Policy - -
On September 1, the LHU department of athletics announced its spectator policy for the fall 2021 season and fans are welcome to attend all events hosted by LHU. For outdoor venues, face coverings are not required, but LHU encourages social distancing. In conjunction with full and current LHU policy, face coverings are required indoors on campus. On August 13, LHU instituted an updated indoor masking mandate for the entire campus which included all athletic facilities. The updated campus policy requires all students, staff, coaches, officials and spectators to wear proper face coverings indoors. The practice will stand regardless of a person's vaccination status. Athletes will not be required to wear masks during competition.

via a game day shuttle – will be provided for Homecoming-Saturday (Oct. 23) from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. The shuttle will run from the Thomas Fieldhouse circle, to the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center, up to the Zimmerli parking lot and to Hubert Jack Stadium.
The gameday shuttle is
free and will loop around that aforementioned route from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
