Game Notes - -
- Lock Haven is coming off a 21-7 win over Shippensburg last week. The win helped the Bald Eagles move back to .500 at 5-5 overall.
- The win over Shippensburg helped Lock Haven secure its first five-win season since 1982.
- The Bald Eagles now eye a chance to secure the program's first winning-season in 42 years. Lock Haven's last winning season was in 1981 when the team finished 6-4 overall.
- The Haven has not beaten Edinboro since the 2000 season and has lost 16 straight games to the Fighting Scots.
-
Chris Collier, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference's (PSAC) leading rusher, is Lock Haven's first single-season 1,000-yard rusher since 1981. Collier now has 1,233 total rushing yards this season. Collier's 1,233 yards are now the third-most ever in a single-season for the Bald Eagles. He's 36 yards away from Ron Puhl's No. 2 mark of 1,269 yards in 1960, and Collier would need 89 yards to break Joe Speese's single-season rushing record of 1,321 yards set back in 1979. Collier leads the PSAC with 123.3 rushing yards per game, over 30 yards more than the second-best player in the league. His 11 rushing TDs are the most in the PSAC.
