LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven men's basketball team looks to remain scorching hot as they enter a week 10 of the regular season which features three Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division games.
 
The Bald Eagles kick off the week by hosting Bloomsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29 before hitting the road to visit Millersville on Wednesday, Feb. 3, also at 7:30 p.m.
 
Lock Haven concludes the week with a showdown against second-place West Chester on the road on Saturday (Feb. 3) at 3 p.m.
 
The Haven enters the week with a 12-5 overall and 10-2 record the PSAC and remain in a tie for first in the East. The Bald Eagles are riding an eight-game winning streak, dating back to Dec. 19 at No. 13 Cal (Pa.). Lock Haven has not fallen in the new year and are a perfect 6-0 against the PSAC East.
 
Lock Haven is tied with East Stroudsburg and Millersville for the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Division. Lock Haven upset No. 11/8 East Stroudsburg on the road on Jan. 17 and will face Millersville for the first time this season on the road on Wednesday (Jan. 31).
 
The Bald Eagles are 6-3 on the road and 6-1 at home this season.
 
Lock Haven continues to receive votes in the D2CSC Atlantic Region Top-10 Poll released today, and is primed to crack the list with another strong week.

Behind double-doubles by Justice Shoats and Dyson Harward the Bald Eagles defeated Shippensburg University, 72-71, on Saturday afternoon (Jan. 27).
 
Shoats powered the offense with a 22-point, 10 rebound double-double, adding five assists, while going 10-of-12 at the charity stripe.
 
Harward also finished with a double-double, cleaning up the glass with 12 rebounds to go with 15 points. Harward filled up the stat sheet in just 26 minutes of action.
 
Bryson Scott was a major spark off the bench as he netted 14 points and pulled in seven rebounds. Scott also knocked down all five of his free throws.
