LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven tennis team will open its 2024 fall season with a home match vs. Clarion on Sunday, Sept. 15 at noon.
Setting the Stage:
The Haven opens the season on Sunday vs. Clarion. The match is scheduled for noon and will be held at the Lock Haven Tennis Courts.
Last year the Bald Eagles defeated Clarion in their fall and spring matches and are 3-0 all-time against the Golden Eagles.

The Lock Haven Department of Athletics, in partnership with the Athletic Communications and Marketing office, is excited to offer fans and followers of the Bald Eagles a new way to access game day information while in attendance with the introduction of digital programs at home events for the 2024-25 academic year.
A Look at the Schedule:
Lock Haven's home opener versus Clarion is part of a four-game slate for the fall schedule. The Haven will travel to Lycoming on Tuesday, Sept. 17 for a 4 p.m. match.
On Sunday, Sept. 22, the Bald Eagles will host Penn College at noon. The following weekend (Sept. 29), Lock Haven will travel to Penn State Altoona for a noon match.
Last fall, The Haven picked up victories over Lycoming and Penn State Altoona.

2023 Statistics
The Bald Eagles support an eight-person roster for 2024 and will feature a trio of returners.
Alaina Marchioni will enter her second year with the Bald Eagles after a strong showing in her freshman year. Marchioni finished her freshman season with a 5-3 record in singles and a 4-3 record in doubles.
Christy McLean and
Mary Kathryn Hillman return to The Haven and will provide veteran leadership on the court.

Maggie Blasetti,
Megan Ferris,
Hope Lapinski, and
Maci Rohrbach make up the 2024 recruiting class for Lock Haven.
