ALTOONA, Pa. - The Lock Haven tennis team opened a new era under head coach
Michael LeBlanc on Sunday, Sept. 29 by traveling to Penn State Altoona for its final match of the fall season.
Penn State took the match with a team score of 6-1.
The Bald Eagles picked up one win in the singles matches.
Megan Ferris swept Caitlin Blessel, 6-2 and 6-1 in the No. 1 match.
Alaina Marchioni went to a tiebreaker against Abigail Morgan after a 6-4 victory in the second set, but fell short (13-11) at No. 4 singles.
Penn State Altoona swept the doubles matches.
Lock Haven moves to 1-3 and Penn State Altoona improves to 6-5.
