Game Day Information: Lock Haven Football set to host No. 4 Kutztown

The Lock Haven football team is set to host No. 4 Kutztown Saturday (Oct. 11) night at Hubert Jack Stadium (6 p.m.).

The Lock Haven football team is set to return home to Hubert Jack Stadium and the Bald Eagles will host fourth-ranked Kutztown University on Saturday, Oct. 11. The Week-6 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division clash is set for a 6 p.m. start.

- Tickets can be purchased at Hubert Jack Stadium on game day – with a card (no cash; link above).
- A credit card service fee of will be applied to all transactions.
- Individuals who purchase tickets prior to game day will be required to show purchase of proof via receipt.
 
All Lock Haven Athletic Home Events and Facilities have a NO PET POLICY and only service animals will be allowed in.

The tailgate lot will open at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11

Parking/Transportation
There will be no general parking at the stadium on Saturday.

Fans are encouraged to park for free in the Zimmerli Lots (Lot No. 8, and 16). Starting at 4 p.m. on Saturday, a free shuttle will be available to transport fans from the Zimmerli Lot Area (Lot No. 8) to the stadium. The game day shuttle will run from 4-10 p.m. from the Zimmerli Lot Area to Hubert Jack Stadium. Additionally, handicapped parking will be limited at the stadium on game day.

Tailgaters are reminded that tailgating spaces will be parked in order of arrival and that there will not be spaces saved for other tailgaters.

Reminder for Lock Haven students, faculty and staff: The parking lot at Hubert Jack Stadium will be closed, Friday, Oct. 10, at 9 p.m. and will remain closed until 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, when the lot will be opened for tailgating at Saturday's home football game. The Bald Eagles are set to host Glenville State at 6 p.m. Vehicles not removed from the Hubert Jack Stadium parking lot by 9 p.m. on Friday may be towed at the owner's expense.

News, Notes & Storylines:
- The Bald Eagles are coming off a nearly perfect performance last week and an outing that led to a lopsided 38-17 victory over Bloomsburg.

- The Bald Eagles defeated Bloomsburg for the third consecutive season and now has beaten the Huskies 42 times in program history.

- LHU quarterback Jackson Ostrowsky returned to the lineup and produced excellent numbers, completing 21-of-28 passes for 303 yards, no interceptions, and three touchdowns.

- The Bald Eagle offense racked up 402 yards of total offense, with wideout Justin Popovich catching two of Ostrowsky's passes and Jaiden Huntington finishing the game with six catches, 106 yards, and a touchdown.

- Defensively, defensive back Tyler Merwarth and DB Q McMillan both tallied interceptions. Defensive lineman LucRichard Rameau finished with a team-high nine tackles. Lock Haven boasts the fifth-best rushing defense in the PSAC, allowing just 111.0 yards per game to opponents.

- The Golden Bears tallied their second shutout of 2025 with a 49-0 win over Shippensburg last Saturday in which they allowed just 94 yards. KU also shut out Edinboro, 34-0, back on Sept. 13.

The Bald Eagles will return to action and host West Chester on Homecoming Saturday (Oct. 18) at 1 p.m.
