SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Bald Eagle quarterback
Jackson Ostrowsky threw for 330-plus yards and matched a career-high with five touchdown passes, and the performance helped the Lock Haven football team power its way by host Shippensburg (2-6, 2-3 PSAC East) 35-21 today (Saturday, Oct. 25) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division action.
For the Bald Eagles, their surge in the second half of the season continued as they won their second straight game and it marked the third victory in the last four weeks for Lock Haven.
With today's win, Lock Haven leveled their overall record at 4-4 and the Bald Eagles pushed their way to 3-2 in PSAC East play.
Ostrowsky finished with 334 total passing yards after completing 26-of-36 passes including the five TD passes.
Justin Popovich,
Jake Roberts,
Ezequiel Johnson and
Mekhi Watson all caught touchdown passes.
Roberts finished with seven catches for 115 yards, which included an electrifying 68-yard catch-and-run score. Johnson rushed for 91 yards to go along with two TD catches.
LucRichard Rameau,
Rhys McDonald and
Rocco Daugherty led another sensational defensive effort.
The Haven defense forced three turnovers and recorded four total sacks on the day.
Rameau finished with eight tackles (2.5 TFL, 1.5 sacks) and McDonald also had eight tackles (1 TFL, 1 sack).
Daugherty finished with eight tackles and an interception.
Jaeion Perry also had an interception for The Haven in the win.

Today marked the first of two straight PSAC East games on the road for The Haven.
Next week, the Bald Eagles will travel to Millersville for a noon start on Saturday, Nov. 1.
