- As a reminder, if you have nominated someone in the past and that individual, or team has not yet been inducted to date - you do not need to re-nominate them. Nominations are carried over from year-to-year, and they do not expire, therefore they do not need to be renewed, or re-submitted.
 
- Please, no self-nominations. They will not be accepted.
