LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven women's volleyball team and fourth-year head coach
Mike Kraft announced its incoming recruiting class for 2026.
The Bald Eagles welcome four student-athletes from Minnesota, Florida, Ohio and Maryland.
"We are very excited to about these four ladies of our 2026 incoming class," said Kraft. "They are proven winners both on the court and in the classroom and will add immediate competition to the positions they play."
The future Bald Eagles have all either signed a National Letter of Intent to compete at The Haven or have been accepted and/or are enrolled at Lock Haven.

Morgan Johnson
Position: Libero/DS
Hometown: Otsego, Minnesota
High School: St. Michael-Albertville
Major: Criminal Justice
Awards: 6th Place Team Finish in States in 2025, Lake All-Conference 1st Team Selection in 2025, 2025 Team Captain, 3x Team Defensive MVP in 2023, 2024 and 2025
Statement: I chose to go to Lock Haven University because I feel that it offers a strong combination of athletic and academic programs that will help me succeed. The campus feels very welcoming. I will feel very supported due to the strong sense of the community.
Natalie Gibson
Position: Setter
Hometown: Tallahassee, Florida
Highschool: Chiles High school
Major: Pre-PA/ Health Sciences

Statement: I chose Lock Haven because of the elite team culture and academic rigor of the school. When I came to Lock Haven I was able to see how tightly bonded the girls on the team were, not only on the court but off the court as well. From being around them and watching their games/practices, I could tell that at Lock Haven everyone was committed to bettering themselves and building up their teammates to increase their growth as a team. I knew from then that this was a group I wanted to be a part of. I am so excited that I will get to be a part of a program that is so connected with a Coach who is dedicated to making the team the best it can, all while being able to study for my dream profession, a PA.

Statement: I chose Lock Haven because It's a place where I know I'll be encouraged and supported to succeed both academically and athletically. I loved the campus and I was drawn to the energy of a young and competitive team where there is an opportunity to contribute and grow as an athlete.
