LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven women's soccer team and third-year head coach
Jesse Urquhart announced its incoming recruiting class for 2026.
The Bald Eagles welcome 10 student-athletes from Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Oregon.
The future Bald Eagles have all either signed a National Letter of Intent to compete at The Haven or have been accepted and/or are enrolled at Lock Haven.
From Coach Urquhart: As we've gone through the recruiting process, I've had the opportunity to watch these players compete, get to know them, and learn what drives them both on and off the field. We've discussed not only my vision for the future of the program, but the student-athlete experience we provide for our Lock Haven soccer players! They were recruited to join a team of hardworking, competitive, coachable people who are committed to being part of something bigger than themselves. They each bring their own talents, but it's their character, ambition, and passion for soccer that made them the right fit for Lock Haven Women's Soccer.
As we enter my third season leading the program and welcome my second recruiting class, the expectations for Lock Haven Women's Soccer continue to rise. This recruiting class understands that challenge. They are joining a program that is building momentum and raising the standard every day. Joining a team that has shown a willingness to be held accountable, compete at a high level, and help push our program forward. Their commitment to embracing higher expectations will go a long way in making sure we reach our team goals while contributing to our program's long-term success.
I'm excited to welcome this group to The Haven.
