Lock Haven Athletics

2011: Shepps closed out her career at LHU with a bang after starting all games she played in with 20 and leading the team in goals with 13, three of them being game-winners. She was third on the team with assists and second on the team in points with seven and 33, respectively. She had an outstanding shot on goal percentage with 69.7%, was named Atlantic 10 Field Hockey Player of the Week once this season and earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 First Team. She finished with 47 goals for her career which is the 10^th best mark in school history.  

2010: Appeared in 22 games for the Lady Eagles...Tied for team lead in goals with 19...Second in points with 41...Tied for second in shots with 55...Recorded five game winning goals

2009: Played in 23 games starting in 20…Scored nine goals and added three assists while taking 46 shots… Kristi scored four game winning goals for the Lady Eagles

2008: Made an impact immediately for the Lady Eagles in her freshman season playing in 23 games and starting in 21 of them…Had six goals, three assists, and a total of 15 points on the year

Prior to Lock Haven: 2005, 2006 and 2007 Lancaster-Lebanon League 1st Team All-Star...2006 2nd-Team All-State...2007 1st Team All-State...2007 Lancaster Lebanon League Player of the Year...2007 AA State Finals Runners-Up.
