2011:  Appeared and started in 19 games for the Lady Eagles...Scored 15 goals and assisted on 51 others...Second on team in points with 70...Had 22 ground balls and caused seven turnovers...IWLCA South region second team… All PSAC second team 2010: Started all 18 games as an attacker...Kayleigh was named an IWLCA First Team All-American as well as the Womens Lacrosse.com First Team All-American...She was also First Team all PSAC West...Kayleigh scored 46 goals, tallied 44 assists, and added 31 ground balls on the season. 

2009: Earned the honor of PSAC West Rookie of the Year, as well as named First Team All-PSAC, All-Region, and All-American in a tremendous first season as a Lady Eagle...Johnson guided the offensive attack by starting in every contest.

In High School: Earned first and second team All-Monroe county accolades...named to the All-Greater Rochester team...Honorable Mention All-American...Red Raider award...team captain...has High School's second highest points in history...coached by Geoff McMurtry...high school teammate of fellow Lady Eagle Heather Sacko.

Personal: Daughter of Geoff and Joi McMurtry...Born November 30, 1989...Majoring in Sport Administration.
