Lock Haven Athletics

2008-2009: Indoor: Anchored the Distance Medley Relay to All-America honors with a 6th place finish at the NCAA National Championships…had a huge weekend for Lock Haven at the PSAC Championships…ran a leg of the Bald Eagles’ victorious 4x800m relay…placed 2nd in the mile…3rd in the 3000m…and 5th in the 800m…Outdoor: Two-time PSAC Champion…nabbed an upset win the 1500m…doubled back to win the 3000m steeplechase…finished 10th in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA National Championships. 

2007-2008: Indoor: ESU inv.- 3rd mile (4:28), PSAC Championships- 8th Mile, 4th DMR. Outdoor: Bucknell- 4th steeplechase, Cornell – 2nd 1500m, PSAC Championships- 2nd Steeplechase. 

In High School: Won a state medal and placed eighth in the 1600m...also holds the school record in the 1600m with a time of 14:13...Two-time All-Berks...six district medals, three in track and three in cross country...Two-time cross country conference runner of the year...three-time all county in cross country...three county titles...coached by Todd Witkowski and Steve Larson.
