2021: Moyer capped her incredible career on the track at LHU by running to All-American status in the 3000m Steeplechase at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships as she turned in a fourth place finish. She also competed in the 10000m run at the NCAA Championships, placing 15th overall. Moyer won two individual titles at the Outdoor PSAC Championships in the 10000m and 3,000m steeplechase before adding a second place finish in the 5000m. On the 2021 campaign, Moyer set school records in the 3000m (9:53.72), 3000m steeplechase (10:27.32), 5000m (16:55.83) and 10000m (35:01.81). Following the 2021 season Moyer was named to the 2021 PSAC Top 12.

2020: The awards came rolling in for standout Laurel Moyer throughout the 2020 season. She was named to the 2019-20 PSAC Spring Top 10,  to the 2019-20 CoSIDA Academic All-District honors, to the Division II All-District 2 team and the LHU Overall Female Student-Athlete MVP. She received these honors on the heels of a dominant 2019-20 campaign that saw her win the Indoor PSAC Championship 5000m run, and take runner-up honors in the mile and 3000m. She added two school records by setting marks in the 1000m (2:57.61) and 3000m (9:58.79).

2019: Moyer's 2019 track campaign concluded with an outstanding 10 wins and 15 top fives. Moyer earned PSAC Indoor Champion status in the Mile, the runner up in the 3000m and helped the DMR team place 4th at the championship meet. Moyer went on to win titles in the 5000m and 10000m at the Outdoor PSAC Championship meet. She also set school records in the indoor 1000m (2:58.38), and mile (5:05.11). In outdoor she added another three LHU-bests in the mile (4:57.45), 3000m (10:10.86), and 5000m (17:01.05).
