2011: Hartman came into his senior season and started one game out of the 10 he played in. He was second on the team in receiving catching 35 balls for a total of 401 yards on the season. He scored four touchdowns which was a team high and averaged 40.1 yards per game. Hartman also returned nine punts for 55 yards and returned 21 kickoffs for a total of 430 yards.
 
2010: Appeared in 11 games and starting 10 for the Bald Eagles...Led team in receptions, touchdowns and receiving yards with 52, 6 and 660 yards respectfully...Had 35 yards on 10 punt returns...Had 886 yards on 50 kick returns averaging 17.7 yards per attempt

2009: Played in 10 games as a wide receiver leading the team with 32 catches. He had 383 yards and one touchdown on the season. Jay will look to continue his success as a wide receiver next year. 

In High School: Part of 2008 Indian Valley District Championship Team...1st Team All Conference for Defensive Back, Wide Receiver, and Special Teams...2nd Team All State for Special Teams.

Personal Background: Son of Brent and Sherry Hartman....Born on July 20th, 1989…Majoring in Business Administration.
