The 2021 season will mark coach Hubbard's first season on the field at LHU.
As an assistant coach, Hubbard will serve as the defensive coordinator and coach the defensive backs.
Hubbard joins the LHU coaching staff after six seasons at Quincy University (2013-2018). During his tenure at Quincy, he served various roles, including offensive coordinator, offensive line coach, defensive coordinator, and defensive line coach. Before his time at Quincy, Hubbard spent nine full seasons coaching at his alma mater Catawba College. Â
Under his defensive leadership, Quincy crowned seven defensive All-Conference players in 2016, and Quincy ranked among Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) leaders in 2014.
