2019: Davern had a breakout season starting at the LHU Invitational where he finished top 20 with a time of 25:55.2… He would go on to finish 16th at both the PSAC Championships and Atlantic Region Championships, running to All-PSAC and All-Region honors respectively.

2018: At the LHU Invite, Davern finished in 21st place with a time of 26:21.3 over 8km.
