2008-2009: Indoor: Placed 8th in the weight throw at PSACs…Outdoor: Placed in two events at the PSAC Championships…finished 5th in the discus…and 6th in the hammer. 

In High School: 2-time PIAA AA Discus Champion…2-time PIAA AA Discrict IX Discus Champion…2nd Team all-state…2-time District IX Field MVP…4-time county champion…also lettered in football and basketball for the Rams….coached by brother and former LHU track athlete Ryan Yurchick. 

Personal Bests: Hammer 178’1"…Weight 53’5"…Shot Put 96’1"…Discus 160’ 100m-10.9 sec.

Personal: Born March 12, 1988…Son of Ron and Lann Yurchick…Majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy.
