2008-09: Indoor: Two-time All-PSAC …helped the Bald Eagles to first and third places in the 4x800m relay and distance medley relay at the PSAC Championships…also placed 6th in the 800m…Outdoor: Placed 7th at the PSAC Championships in the 800m. 

2007-2008: Indoor: PSU Relays – 3rd sprint medley…PSAC 4x800 Champion…set meet and PSAC record with time of 7:48. Outdoor: PSAC qualifier in the 800m. 

In High School: District and state medalist...Citizen's Voice Track and Cross Country All-Star...Times Leader Track and Cross Country All-Star...Coached by John Sobocinski...Also competed in soccer and swimming for the knights...Honors Society Member.
