2008-2009: Indoor: Placed 4th in the 5000m…and 6th in the 3000m at the PSAC Championships…Outdoor: Freshman star for LHU…Finished 17th in the 10,000m at the NCAA National Championships…also qualified in the 5000m…Had an enormous weekend at the PSAC Championships…placed 3rd in the 10,000m…2nd in the 5000m…and 7th in the 3000m.

Personal Bests: 800m 2:27…1600m 5:11…3200m 10:53. 

In High School: MVP...captain...Outstanding Athlete...All-Shore...All-State...19th in State cross country...12th in State indoor and outdoor track.
