2025-26 REDSHIRT SENIOR SEASON
Milestones & Awards: NCAA DI All-American, MAC Champion, NCAA DI Championships 8th Place, Career 100 Wins Club, MAC East Wrestler of the Week (Week 8) 2nd in Program History - 44 Career Tech Falls, Talon Awards Co-Male Athlete of the Year

Season: Henson wrapped up an incredible season by finishing with a 27-8 overall record, 15-2 in duals and 6-1 in MAC duals. He earned 12 tech falls, a pin and six major decisions. Henson went a perfect 3-0 in the MAC Championships to earn the 141 lbs. title. He picked up four wins at the NCAA DI Championships to claim All-American honors and eighth place. 

2024-25 REDSHIRT JUNIOR SEASON  
Season: Having a 27-6 overall record, a 16-2 dual record, and a perfect 8-0 MAC record. Finished the season with a 2025 national qualification and a MAC Championship at 141 lbs. Totaling an impressive two pins, 13 techs, and six majors. 

2023-24 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Awards: MAC East Wrestler of the Week (11/21, 1/9, 2/13)... Named Co-Wrestler of the Year at the MAC Tournament

Season: 2024 national qualifier... 2024 MAC Champion at 141 lbs... Posted an overall record of 35-4... Went 12-1 in dual meets... 8-0 record in MAC duals... Notched 19 tech falls, the most in a single season at Lock Haven... Won the 141-pound title at the Cleveland State Open... Claimed gold at Millersville's Shorty Hitchcock Classic... Mat-Town Open Champion... 2nd-place finish at United States U23 World Team Trials... Won gold for Team USA at the U23 Pan-American Championships in Rionegro, Columbia... 3rd-place finish at the Princeton Open at 141-pounds while wrestling unattached... 141-pound Champion at the F&M Open
