Rick Terry enters his first season as the women's golf head coach during the spring of 2026.
 
As a two-time graduate from Lock Haven and a former NCAA DI and DII collegiate golfer, Terry brings a unique blend of experience that directly aligns with the needs of developing the The Haven women’s golf program.
 
Terry played collegiate golf at the highest levels, competing for NCAA DI Vermont (1979-80) and Lock Haven (1982-83).
 
Currently, he is an active member of the Veterans Golf Association (VGA), where he was the 2021 Vet C and Senior Vet C National Champion.
 
Terry’s professional background includes over 25 years of leadership, training, mentoring and project management.
 
Terry is currently a leading business advisor with the Innovative Manufacturers’ Center. He is also a United States Army veteran, having served as a Platoon Leader and Detachment Commander for Special Operations Unit.
