Allison Berger (Oreland, Pa., Springfield) of the Lock Haven University lacrosse team has been named GoLHU.com’s Female Athlete of the Week due to her accolades most recent accolades.

The senior was a major offensive threat in the Haven’s 10-9 defeat over rival West Chester University on Saturday (April 30). The game marked the Lady Eagle’s third consecutive PSAC Tournament Title.

In the win, Berger tallied two goals and two assists. In the semi-final match-up against East Stroudsburg, the senior posted six goals and three assists.

Recording 13 points in two games, Berger was named the tournament’s MVP.

Along with five of her teammates, Berger was named All-PSAC, earning a spot on the First Team.

Berger and the No. 4 Lady Eagles await the NCAA Selection on Sunday, May 8 to see who they will compete against in the first round of regionals.
