Caleb Walton of the LHU football team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Walton, also the PSAC Offensive Player of the Week had a big week for the Bald Eagles. For the second week in a row, Walton powered the Bald Eagle offense, accounting for five total touchdowns. Walton’s effort helped lead LHU to their first victory of the season.

In Saturday's 56-20 win over Cheyney, Walton threw for 342 yards and matched his career-high with four TD passes. He was 18 of 24 with no interceptions. Walton also rushed for one touchdown.

Walton's four TD passes and 342 yards passing pushed him to second-best in school history in both categories, respectively.
