Addison Monroe of the LHU cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Monroe competed at the PSAC Championships where he was the individual champion running the 8K course in 25:38.6 beating the field by 10 seconds. This is Monroe’s first PSAC Cross Country Championship.

Monroe helped pace the Bald Eagles to a team runner-up finish where they were just seven points behind first place.
