Lysa Mealing of the LHU women’s basketball team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Female’s Athlete of the Week.

Over the weekend at Kutztown Mealing led the team in points, rebounds and steals finishing with 17, 12 and five, respectively.

That marked Mealing’s fifth consecutive double-double and her 11^th of the season.

She played 38 of the 40 minutes in the close battle with a tough PSAC East foe.
