Jimmy Webb was on fire for the Bald Eagles in their four games against Winston-Salem State. Webb was a stellar .571 from the plate with eight hits and walked three times for a .647 on-base percentage.

On Sunday, Webb was crucial in The Haven’s two wins. In the 8-3 game one, he was 3-4 with a double and walked once. Webb scored three runs and recorded a stolen base. In game two, Webb was tremendous again going 2-3 and adding another walk. Webb would homer in The Haven’s critical sixth inning comeback to push the lead to 7-5, which LHU would hold onto for their second win.
