Senior Tim Getz (Lancaster, Pa., Lampeter-Strasbury) of the Lock Haven University men's outdoor track and field team led the way in the Haven's successful weekend at the Virginia Military Institute and Washington & Lee T&F Carnival and is recognized as GoLHU.com's Male Athlete of the Week.

Qualifying for the PSAC Championships, Getz completed the 10K with a time of 31:10.24. His performance led him to a first-place finish with teammates Nick Hilton and A.J. Johnson finishing in second and third, respectively.

Currently, Getz is ranked No. 2 amongst conference competitors and No. 7 in Division II.
