OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. – The Lock Haven University men's soccer team (9-7) was edged 1-0 today (Monday, October 24) at New York Institute of Technology (11-2-2) in non-conference action.

NYIT's Matthew DiDonna broke open the scoring in 84th minute as he knocked home the eventual game-winner late.

Billy Pasukinis (Benton, Pa./Benton) had three shots for the Bald Eagles, but he couldn't sneak one past the NYIT goalie.

Chris Frederick (Woodsboro, Md./Walkersville) made eight saves in the loss for LHU.

Lock Haven returns to action on Thursday, October 27 vs. Millersville University (4 p.m.).
