Box Score ERIE, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's soccer team (6-6-4, 3-6-4 PSAC) fell on the road today to Mercyhurst University (7-9-1, 3-8-1 PSAC) 1-0 in PSAC play.

Each team had multiple scoring chances throughout the match, but the game remained scoreless deep into the second half.  The two teams combined for 34 shots on the day.

The Lakers broke the scoreless tie in the 81st minute, when Lauren Testa scored the game's lone goal off of a cornerkick.

Samantha Biondi (Hamilton, N.J./Mercer County Community College) led The Haven with two shots on goal.

LHU goalkeeper Dana Wozniak (Blackstone, Mass./Mount St. Charles Academy) had a solid day in net and recorded a season-high nine saves in the match.

LHU closes out its season Saturday (October 27) when they host Slippery Rock University at Hubert Jack Stadium.  The Haven will celebrate senior day at the match, with kickoff set for 2:30 p.m.
