LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University swim team downed Mansfield 123-71 in a dual meet today
 
Transfer Danielle Parowski (Altoona, Pa./Univ. of Pitt) received an All-Time Top 5 time for the second time in two weeks. 
 
Parowski led LH in the 1,000 yard Freestyle with a time of 11:10.63.  Her time is the fifth fastest in school history.
 
Kristen Capretti (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) looks to have a great start to her senior campaign winning all her events in today's meet. Capretti recorded a win in the 200 yard Freestyle with a time of 2:03.72.  She added a win in the 100 yard Freestyle with a time of :57.03.
 
Junior Carley Nitche (Forest Hill, Md./Bel Air) added a win for LH in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 25.79.
 
Lock Haven won both relays today including the 200 yard Medley and the 200 yard Freestyle to close out today's match 123-71. 
 
The Lady Eagles return to the pool Saturday, November 2 in Pittsburgh at the Chatham Invite.
