Women’s Soccer closes season with 2-2 (2OT) draw at Clarion

Madison Taylor finishes career 7th all-time in goals; Dana Wozniak finishes career 4th all-time in saves

Box Score CLARION, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's soccer team (4-12-2, 3-11-2 PSAC) and Clarion (4-9-4, 3-9-4 PSAC) needed 110 minutes, but it wasn't enough to settle the score as the two teams drew 2-2 in double-overtime.
 
Lock Haven senior Madison Taylor (Monaca, Pa./Center) closed her brilliant career in style, setting up LHU's first goal and scoring the second.
 
The Haven went up 1-0 in the 33rd minute after Taylor set up Erin McGrenaghan (Glendolden, Pa./Interboro).
 
Taylor made it 2-0 Lock Haven in the 39th minute, scoring her 26th career goal off the breakaway.
 
Taylor finishes her career in the No. 7 spot for all-time goals.
 
Clarion scored in the 47th minute and tied the match in the 76th minute of play.
 
Neither team could tally a goal in either overtime period.
 
Haven goalie Dana Wozniak (Blackstone, Mass./Mount St. Charles Academy) made six saves, giving her 183 for her career, which is the four-most in school history.
 
The Lady Eagles finished the 2013 season with a 4-12-2 overall record and a 3-11-2 mark in PSAC play.
