#8 Lady Eagles roll past #15 Bloomsburg, 15-5

Haven wins fifth straight, remains perfect (5-0) in PSAC play

Box Score BLOOMSBURG, Pa.  – Kelly Hamilton (Warrington, Pa./Central Bucks South) scored five goals, Chelsea Borrino (Webster, N.Y./Webster Thomas) dished out six assists and the No. 8 Lock Haven University lacrosse team dominated No. 15 Bloomsburg University from the start on the way to a 15-5 PSAC win.

With the win, Lock Haven (8-1, 5-0 PSAC) remains perfect in conference play. The Lady Eagles controlled host-Bloomsburg (3-7, 1-4 PSAC) from the start and jumped to an 8-0 first-half lead.

The Lady Eagles continue to rack up big offensive numbers with both Jessica Pandolf (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem North) and Rachel Ward (Fishers, Ind./Bishop Chatard) netting hat tricks today.

Jenna Dingler (Washington Township, N.J./Washington Township) and Jill Murray (Kennett Square, Pa./Unionville) each scored twice for LHU.

Emily Cilla (Kings Park, N.Y./Kings Park) added three assists.

Lock Haven got another tremendous defensive effort from a number of players. LHU allowed Bloomsburg to just 16 shots and forced the Huskies into 15 turnovers.

Goalie Chrissy Baffuto (Long Valley, N.J./West Morris Central) made nine saves in the win.

Lock Haven returns home on Tuesday, April 9 at 4 p.m. when the Lady Eagles host Edinboro.
